CASCO dived into a positioning process that involves analyzing the current business environment and influencing factors. For example, how have impending generations of customers been impacted by the changes of the last three years? What areas of life have reclaimed our attention? These and other themes helped us gain a new perspective on what is relevant to investors today and served as the springboard for a new brand strategy platform.
Through further in-depth conversations with the firm's leaders, CASCO captured valuable insights to bring LDIC's value proposition to the forefront. One key outcome of our findings was the development of Wealth Longevity, a concise and meaningful statement representing what LDIC stands for at its core. With the brand strategy taking shape, we then focused on developing a new brand expression that was informed by our insights and allowed us to make informed decisions.
CASCO developed a refined wordmark by enhancing the existing griffin. This was achieved by conducting a font study to find typography that would complement the fine details of the symbol. The fresh colour palette was carefully selected to reflect warm and comforting environmental tones, evocative of moments like spending time with a loved one on a hazy summer afternoon by the lake. Moreover, through carefully selected custom and stock photography, the new brand expression speaks to LDIC's investment approach focused on capital preservation and accumulation. Enjoy wealth throughout life, and when carefully managed, it passes from one generation to another.
This new brand narrative was embraced successfully and influenced the redesign of collateral materials, starting with a new set of business cards. The new website's design works well on both large screens and mobile devices, with an elegant and intuitive layout. In addition, the newly designed newsletter system is equipped with seasonal banners that will address LDIC's communication needs in the present and future.
